A delivery note will be sent by email after shipping is completed. We do not issue invoices.

No, There is no warranty.

When will the product be shipped?
If payment is made by 16:00(JPT), We will ship the next day from Japanfarm to Kaisan International Airport at the earliest.
Local shipping takes 1-2 days, Local export process takes 1-2 days, Once this domestic export process is complete, Wagyu are exported.
Once exported, it takes approximately 2-7 days to reach the customer's address.
Wagyu beef is transported frozen and stays fresh for about three months after shipment from Japan.

If it is after 16:00(JPT), it will be shipped the next business day. (We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

Can I specify the delivery date?
The delivery date can not be specified.

What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card payment and Paypal payment are available.

Is wrapping possible?
Wrapping is not possible.
