From Processing to Delivery

Step 1

Farm (Feeding Producer)

We only offer carefully raised A5-grade Japanese Black Wagyu (Miyazaki beef, Kagoshima beef).

Step 2

Meat Processing Plant (Nanchiku Co., Ltd. and others)

We process the meat at a "USDA Export Certified Facility.
A USDA Export Certified Facility is a meat processing facility that has received certification from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to export beef to the U.S. These facilities must meet strict hygiene standards and equipment requirements, complying with U.S. regulations.

Step 3

Quarantine and Customs

The processed beef is transported to a bonded warehouse, where quarantine and customs procedures are conducted.

Step 4

Export

The beef is primarily transported to the U.S. via air freight in a frozen state.

Step 5

Customs and Quarantine in the U.S.

Upon arrival at the airport, the containers are unloaded. After customs procedures, the containers are opened and inspected by the USDA at a bonded warehouse.

Step 6

Transfer to Miami Warehouse

After customs clearance, the beef is stored in our own frozen warehouse.

Step 7

Shipping

We ship the beef from our warehouse within 1 to 3 days after receiving your order.

Step 8

Delivery

The beef is typically delivered within one day after shipping via USP or USPS.
If you are not available, we will leave the package at your doorstep for you.
